This is a vintage Gott brand cooler called the “Cooler Console”. It was made to sit in the center seat if you had a bench seat like in a truck. It is made of heavy plastic. I believe it is from the mid 1980s. Overall About 17″ long, 10.5″ tall, and 8.5″ wide Detachable COoler is about 12″ long, 8″tall, 8″ wide Interior is about 8.5″ long, 6″ wide, and 6 deep The cooler is their model 1806, made to hold a six pack of soda. Overall I think it is very good for the age, but is DIRTY. For the most part I think it would clean right up and I don’t think it was actually ever used with how clean the inside is. I did not try to clean it for fear of using the wrong cleaner and damaging the vintage plastic. It does not feel brittle. The sticker on the side is nice.
