The cooler is fully assembled and ready to use. The drain has been fully tested and is easy to adjust if needed. I build the coolers from recycled wood when I can and the wood generally comes from fence pickets, old decking, new pressure treated wood or just about any wood I can find. I like to use older wood as it is dry, easier to cut, doesn’t warp and I can create a rustic effect with altering the wood with the saw blades and other techniques. All you need to do is put in your favorite beverages and throw in some ice. I will cut a name with my CNC machine and glue and pin it to the front of the cooler as shown. Generally I will add “The Smiths” or up to about 15 characters. Allow 2 weeks for completion.
