This is a Rubbermaid Air Cooler SC-1000. This comes as shown in the pictures. This does power up with the 12v plug. This comes with the mesh inserts. The pump did not come on, not sure why and not sure how do remove it. It may just need descaled. But I do not know. Thank you and God Bless.
